Brilliant Funding Proposal for new energy source – Helium 3 (Tritium)

A small new extra tax (10% ?) must be imposed on a small (10% ?) percent of gas price drops (at the pump), and these moneys must be targeted to alternate energy efforts.

For example, having the US and European countries cooperate with (and help fund) China’s efforts to go to the moon; Collaboratively exploit the Helium 3 (Tritium) found there, in a world wide “Manhattan type” effort. After all, it was German technology and scientists that immeasurably helped the US get to the moon, so why not have a cooperative effort to go back there?

This approach, once the harvesting, refinement, and CLEAN energy generation technology is fully created and put in place . . . has the potential to be a CLEAN energy source for unthinkable amounts of energy. On a scale large enough to supply all the world’s future needs!!!!!
